Where do I begin?! Our shower curtain had mold on it. Our wall had a hole in it, the carpets had a moldy smell to them, the air conditioning vents were filthy, our room phone was dirty, the bedding had stains on it, the pool water was dirty, overall NOT the place for anyone to stay, especially with 2 kids with asthma!

Property Manager is a wonderful communicator. She took the time out to show us the room since we were second time visitors to say I think this is what you need in the future. She didn’t have to do that overall this property needs some work, but the room themselves are very nice except for things on the walls, etc. they need to be repaired. It seems like a team of people in there could make, easy work not big things but just small things to spruce it up. Breakfast is at. Overall a place we will always stay when in the air.

The online pictures for this place are very misleading. The rooms had stained furniture & carpet, vents caked with dust, bathroom tile needed a deep clean, trim around doors missing, rooms & elevator stunk. Front desk employees were not friendly

The idea that this property charges $100 deposit, and keeps it for 5 to 7 business days is CROOKED. When a company does this to each customer, they're adding up to and over $5000 per night, that they can draw interest on for those 5 to 7 days. Also dishonest is that the deposit is MORE than the room rental rate. Won't stay here again. One other thing: The Hotel website claims to have a Breakfast BUFFET, but it's not, it's Continental. This is a deceptive way to lure customers.

Pros: The girl at the counter was friendly and polite. Cons: - There was a bug crawling on the blankets in the morning - Dirty stains on the entranceway bricks, dirty old mats with curled edges - The phone you have to use to call the front desk person is dirty - There is trim missing from a door in our hallway and the carpet buckled as the luggage cart was pushed along - There was no soap in the room and when we asked for some she gave us what she said was the last bar they had and it was smashed into pieces. - The volume buttons on the tv remote did not work - The breakfast was terrible. The coffee was like water, the milk was in dollar store jugs, and due to the state of the rest of the hotel we did not feel comfortable eating there. - There are casino slot machines in the lobby - The place generally looks like it is majorly understaffed and that it has become too much for them to handle. I don't understand the positive reviews that this place received, I would shell out the extra $50 next time for a proper hotel room, this was not worth the savings. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

No soap in the bathroom to wash your hands or take a shower. Exhaust fan didnt work in bathroom. If you blew it up, whole room will smell. Walls had stains on them so did the floor. Only thing clean was the beds. Pool was cloudy water looked dirty. Sucked for being middle of summer. Cable had good ch. Ac worked good. Wifi worked good thats about it.
