"Après avoir réservé j'ai reçu un message me disant de visiter leur site pour voir les heures de check-in qui peuvent avoir changé, que ce ne serait peut-être pas 5pm. J'ai rien trouvé donc je leurs écrit. Aucune réponse. Nous arrivons à 5pm au front desk, personne. Je sonne la cloche 2 fois en tout, rien. Une cliente entre, je lui explique, elle téléphone et là la dame arrive pour nous servir! Je lui dit qu'on n'a pas répondu à mon message et elle me répond qu'on aurait pu arriver à 3pm! À part...

"Staff was good while there, definitely family friendly, the use of trolley and elevator was a huge bonus. Bbq area very clean and tidy. They had beach lounges, towels, chairs & umbrellas to use on the beach which was nice. Downside was I booked through Expedia and hotel info said no prepayment needed pay at the hotel. "The place is really outdated, which would've been ok if it wasn't so DIRTY. The bathroom and bedroom had dust all over the corners. The pool has black gross stuff all around it and seems very unkept. I let the kids walk inside barefoot and their feet was black, which leads me to believe those floors are never washed. The kitchen has Nothing other than mismatched pots and pans and instant coffee. You have to bring everything. Location is ok. If you are in a pinch, ok place to sleep, but there...

"We really like it here. Gives resort vibes. Nice private beach, ping pong and games and great pool. This year restaurant and pool side service really fell off. Left us going elsewhere to dine to avoid bad service. Front desk staff are helpful and efficient."
