I've stayed in Sandman hotels before and this one is very out-dated, not upto what I was expecting from Sandman. There was no mention of a room airconditioning unit which was very loud, in fact had to turn it off to sleep. Then was hot because of no air conditioning. Staff was very helpful and understanding when we checked out the next day. Quiet and very close to lots of amenities. Air conditioning worked great. Could hear the people above us moving around is the only complaint. The property is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool and garden, and it was definitely the best choice. Being able to step right outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. "It was nice to have the views of the lake. Wehave a 2 bdrm pet friendly suite. The place is dated. Beds were comfortable. I felt it was expensive for the dated spaces personally. If that doesn't matterto you it does the job. When we arrived there was no on available to check. After calling a number 3 times and asking other guests. Someone came to help us. I won't be staying there again."

"We went with the family and kids. Kitchen suite with the beach view was great. Found it as a very family and kid friendly space. Small details in the property were very mindfully placed considering the needs. Room was cleaned perfect when requested next day."
