Reqlly nice enjoyed stay, need more light at the sign as ots very hard to find at night in the rain in the very dark.
Perhaps fix the top of the drive up a bit as its a pretty steep bump.
Small token of chocolate and port was a nice touch but perhaps reserch your demographic of who is actually staying. We didnt deink the port but local wine would have been a better option

The staff were very nice. Duty managers & dining staff all good. Well located too.
Room clean albeit a little dusty.
Amenities & room size ok. A cushion or small pillow in rooms would be good too.
