"This condo was spacious and lovely. Nicely decorated and very pristine. The view was amazing as well as the sunsets! Enjoyed the delightful pool overlooking the water and marina. Definitely peaceful and we had it practically to ourselves! The owner was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. An ideal place to visit and unwind. Highly recommend!!"

"For 2 busy professionals, staying at this property was restorative, delightful and invigorating. We stopped by a local farm, rode bikes & played golf, rose to the sunrise over the water and took sunset photos on the dock (embarrasing but true) and enjoyed the local crab/seaside fare. It is a casual, rural setting with every detail considered and amazing host communication. A+"

"The condo was beautiful and exceptional! We had everything we needed and more. It was obvious that time had been taken to think through the processes of what people may need. We recommend this property! We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and screened porch for morning coffee, and happy hour. We were there Monday through Thursday and the town was very quiet. We had jumbo crabs from Linton’s, and took the ferry out to Tangier Island. The cream chip beef “From Scratch” Is very good. On Tangier Island, the cream of crab and stuffed flounder from Lorraine’s was also very good! Be sure to take a golf cart tour. There is a wonderful rail trail there, but we did not bring our bikes. Perhaps next time. Helpful hint: BYOB if your taste in wine is more advanced as the 2 drive-through liquor stores do not have much selection."

"It was great except tv did not work in one house. We were disappointed. The add said paddle boats and they were not there. It was a lovely home and the view was breathtaking"

"During our stay at The Pearl, we encountered our own boat issues, but the hosts were extremely helpful. Their communication was above and beyond!! The people on the island were also extremely helpful, and they went out of their way to help in any way they could. They all truly wanted us to have a great experience on Smith Island. The Pearl had everything we needed for our stay, and there was plenty of room for us. We took our pet Corgi and she felt right at home and loved the big yard! We CANNOT wait to go back!"

"We had a great time in this home. It was extremely clean and perfect for our family. The huge yard was amazing. We had coffee on the porch as the sun came up. Very quiet and private. We definitely will go back!"

"My husband and infant twins enjoyed a relaxing stay in Reedville- the house is clean and welcoming and had everything we needed. The view is great and we enjoyed the kayaks. We enjoyed local seafood for dinner and a drive to kilmarnock. Hope to come back soon!"

"This is a charming place, full of really nice interior touches. The location gives you access to some great marshland so you are treated to a daily dose of great bird sightings, including ospreys, red-winged blackbirds, herons and others. The house has everything you need. The only advice I would give - to remind guests to clean off the grill when they are done using it. We had to clean it thoroughly as it had obviously not been cleaned in awhile. I suggest you add that to the short list of close-out items."
