“We came after hours and our key was ready for us- they also have complimentary washer & dryer which was a huge bonus for us! Room was great. The housekeeper recommended a breakfast spot and it was amazing food and coffee. Highly recommend!”

“Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. We loved the large family room with the super comfy couch!
We stayed here on the way up to qld and loved it so much we stayed again on the way home. A short walk to restaurants along the scenic river path.
Pool was great. ”

“We had a lovely stay in The Carmel. It is more than just a motel.
The room is very clean and fresh, aircon works very well. You have everything you need in the room.
You can play pickle ball, basketball. There is a pool and bbq. You can also borrow a bike (quite a few of them hardly ran out) to ride around.
Great walking/bike riding track to the lighthouse ans the breakwall.
The staffs are so friendly and professional. They will give you tips for what to do, where to dine in the lovely……
