The staff was nice. We arrived late and the a/c was off and it was hot in the room and it took it until the next day to cool off. Also, the a/c really never worked that well after that. The towels we had for the first two days was so thin and I would have put them in my rag pile at home. The continental breakfast was a joke. My husband gets up early 6:30 to 7:30 am and the small about of snack cakes were already gone and the coffee was terrible. There was not a staffer replenishing it and when ask they said people were greedy. I guess you get what you pay for.

What a great hotel Everything from the room to the amazing shower was amazing. The pool hot tub area with sauna is exceptional. The restraint was classy with a piano player The staff was friendly and helpful
