Quick getaway

This place was a perfect stay for a quick getaway. The apartment is very clean and the check-in process was seemless with the security staff in the lobby providing courteous help. Location is amazing with tons of things to do all around.

I have stayed here several times and always had a good experience. You are in a great spot on Revolucion Avenue and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops, cigar lounges, bars and breweries. Blanca does a very good job of communicating and handling any problems that may arise. Very secure and well equipped! This has been a great place for me to book and will continue staying here for my Tijuana trips!

It was a nice place. The directions and picture to get in is not correct and unmanned. Entry is actually on other side of building next to Boba shop. Internet didn't work, but TV still got internet. Door lock is confusing and ran out of battery. It was exceptionally clean. Very comfortable. What we did like is that once you leave the building, all that is around there is restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and tchokies sales. But don't miss out on Caesars restaurant and their caesar salad! We would stay here again.

Beautiful room

This place is absolutely amazing! Everything is modern inside, super clean, easy self check in process. Also this place is literally walking distance to some of the best bars, nightclubs, and Taqueria in TJ. 5 min drive to the border. I definitely recommend this place.

I had a great stay here and plan to stay again whenever i visit. The host was friendly and helpful. I would recommend there be a fan in the room as it gets warm but overall a great stay. It includes the necessities for a comfortable stay. Bring your own detergent if you want to wash clothes etc.

Balcony view is amazing. Cleanliness and security is top notch. Only issue I had were the elevators. You are only allowed to use certain elevators so the key card did not work but security saw us having a hard time and informed us which elevators we were supposed to use.

I like the layout of the property. Security was very friendly and helpful, felt safe. I did not like that there was no tv in the bedroom. There’s a tv in the living room. Communication with the owner was good, no problem. I would rent again.

The unit was nice and for the most part quiet. I really didn't hear any street noise and the noise I did hear was from people being a little loud in the wee hours of the morning either in the hallways or possibly coming from the balconies above the terrace area.

Everything was really good. I liked the look of the unit and how it was furnished. It was really convenient for what I was in Tijuana. I didn't get a chance to look at or try the amenities in the building. Lots of places within walking distance and only heard outside noise when I had the window open. I would definitely stay again.

Property area seemed to be under construction. Gate keeper did not let us in on our first try. Once in and parked walking into the room it was such a beautiful clean and modern stay. Would definitely rent again

Probably the nicest place I’ve stayed at in downtown TJ. Close to everything. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Just like in the only minor negative is that I had a hard time finding the front entrance. It’s on seventh Street not on Revo and it’s the last door of the building down that street. Not obvious, but probably for security reasons

Property and security staff are amazing. My only problem was parking. For some reason we (security staff) could not find the parking spot for the room I was staying in but they were nice to allow me to park in another spot. Other than that, great place and amenities. Recommend bringing a couple extra of your own towel’s if you’re staying for more than 2 nights.

Modern Apartment

The room is very modern design and comfortable. Feel very secure. Some people said in their review about loud music from dance club across the street at night until 4 am, but it did not border me. The hotel provides earplugs on bedside table. The only downside is the shower. The temperature was not stable, very hot to very cold, up and down, up and down. The last day it was only cold.

It is clean and in a nice area. Shower is either very cold or super hot, can't take proper shower. Our unit was missing hair dryer and I notify them right away but they never brought one to me. Bathroom vanity smells like sewer. Doesn't seem like it has P-trap and due to that unit smells very bad specially when the door is open ir fan is on.
