I am disabled and cannot carry my bags around for obvious reasons- the front desk refused to store them nor did they claim they had a storage room despite my stating I would extend my stay if my bags (with expensive medical devices) could be stored in another room- which I would literally use for a few hours. The directions and picture to get in is not correct and unmanned. Entry is actually on other side of building next to Boba shop. Internet didn't work, but TV still got internet. Door lock is confusing and ran out of battery. It was exceptionally clean. Very comfortable. What we did like is that once you leave the building, all that is around there is restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and tchokies sales. But don't miss out on Caesars restaurant and their caesar salad!
