I really loved the property - good location, lovely staff, in a nice area. The only downside was not having a minibar inside the room.

Nice homestay in Ubud

Conveniently located in downtown Ubud. The room was spacious and clean. Internet wasn't the best. Breakfast was decent. There's a lot of noise from pets and kids as it's a homestay.

Checked out immediately

We booked a room with 2 beds but when we arrived they gave us a room with 1 small bed instead. We asked to be mived to a 2 bedd room and they said they didnt have one. So we asked to rent an additional room and they didnt have any of those either. We promptly got a refund and did not stay at this location.

Lovely staff but too much mould

Staff were welcoming, swimming pool was nice and breakfast was a lovely addition. However, the mould in the bedroom was unbelievable. It felt unsafe to sleep in the room as it was all over the walls and bathroom. There were huge holes in the ceiling which let in a couple lizards and cockroaches. They should update the rooms and then all would be great !

I cannot praise this property enough , what a beautiful treasure hidden off a great located area . The family are so welcoming and friendly , speak good English and cannot do enough to help you . The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean . Lovely breakfast included. I was so very sorry to leave here and will definitely return . On my last day one of the family took me to my next destination in his car , taking me on a full day trip sightseeing on the way , he helped me everywhere we went as my mobility is not great , what a lovely guy , he and his family definitely made my trip in Bali , I only wish I’d stayed longer at their place ❤️

The staff were friendly. The pool was nice. The grounds were away from the main road which is a positive to escape the noise. Negative points are the rooms were really basic with no amenities and in quite bad condition. The beds were not very clean. The wifi was poor. I wouldnt stay here again.

The propertY was nestled in a side street off of a busy street so it felt less busy. Close to a lot of stuff of things to see. Our bathroom ceiling leaked and was mouldy which was our only issue( said they’d Fix it when we left) The staff was friendly and the breakfasts were decent.

The hotel itself is hidden among the busy street and crowds. The hotel is owned and managed by a really friendly owner, Mr Made alongside his family. I particularly enjoyed seeing their 5 pomeranians, having nice breakfast, and the hospitality of the staff. Highly recommended.

Nice pace, with limited in room amenities.

Place is nice and price is great. Pool is nice. They don’t provide to soap and shampoo and there is no place to place them in the shower except in the floor. Also no in room safe or dresser. No TV, which is fine with me.

Nice homestay in the heart of Ubud, best location indeed! Near all the great cafes, YogaBarn, etc. Big family and 5 small dogs live there, very friendly. Hosts are Super warm and very helpful. The only thing there is no sound proof, so if you’re sensitive sleeper like me, it could be a bit disturbing. Overall highly recommend, Ned is Super comfy and place is clean.

There was Freon (or some refrigerant) leaking into the room because they didn't have the air conditioning vent directed outside. The room smelled like chemicals. And when I returned to Canguu and opened my bags, all my clothes smelled like it. It took a day of airing them out to get rid of the smell. A couple of items took 2 days. Even a bad of snacks (in a ziplock bag) had to be thrown away because they had taken on the taste. I talked to the owner, but I'm not sure if she understood how bad this was. It's straight out poison. Nice property. But I wouldn't stay there again because of this dangerous problem. Also, the owner singing at the top of his lungs at 10 am was annoying. I get that most people are out sightseeing, but I was getting ready for an appointment and the volume he was singing at was unnecessary. At least wait till your strict check out time of 11am to start singing at such a ridiculous volume.

This is in a typical balinese family compound. It is in the middle of Ubud so close to everything. Can’t really say anything negative about the place.
