— 2 cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with a shower;
— a comfortable living room with a sofa and dining area;
— a kitchenette equipped with everything necessary for cooking (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, dishes);
— free parking next to the villa.

The villa also has a private outdoor pool where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful views of the surrounding nature.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Upon check-in, you will need to make a damage deposit of 100 USD in cash.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. No smoking in indoor areas.
4. No parties without the consent of owner and management.
5. We can also offer you a crib. Please note that a crib is available for 15 USD per night. Also, kindly note that the crib is subject to availability, and we recommend requesting it from the manager before your arrival so that we can provide it for your convenience.
6. The villa will be available for guest arrivals any time after 2 pm, unless other arrangements have been confirmed at the time of booking.
7. Guests will be requested to vacate the property before 12 pm on the day of departure, unless other arrangements have been confirmed at the time of booking.
