Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The included breakfast seemed to disappear between the advert and the booking confirmation … so be careful of this. The property’s signage says - Uma Ubud: Eat and Drink, but they wouldn’t even let us buy some breakfast as it was only part of the yoga classes. The pool was good but our rooms were very basic/poor - broken fittings, linen stained, bottom sheet only with a light duvet/blanket and no cover. For the price we paid we were expecting more. On the plus side .. not wanting to be at our accomodation made us do some cool activities in ubud.
