“We were assigned a suite on the 8th floor.
The moment we entered the room, we were greeted by a strong musty, damp smell that seemed to be coming from the air conditioner or somewhere in the room. It did not feel like the room had been properly ventilated.
Since it was a room with cooking facilities, I understand that odors can sometimes linger. However, there were numerous food splatters on the wallpaper, which made the room feel poorly maintained. More importantly, there was a dead mosquito……
