It's no-frills, but when frills aren't necessary, it's a good place. The clerk who checked me in wasn't a conversationalist, but he knew his work and I was checked in with minimal time. Room impressions: I walked in and it didn't have any musty or stagnant smell. I could hear the neighbor's tv through the wall (surprised?) but turning on the a/c took care of that. The a/c also didn't have an "unused" smell - nothing. Bed was comfortable (for me). It was roomy, just like the photos show. Recliner fit me well and made reading comfortable (with a light beside it). Everything was clean. Didn't think I'd need the iron and ironing board, but I was wrong and it was handy to have. There were a number of "little things" but they were so little I have forgotten most of them just over a day later.
