“Interior is great & very clean/neat. But a few things need attention: interior-guest bathroom needs updating equal to rest of property. No A/C for summer visitors. Outside-entrance & parking which is in back of property is pretty ugly & unwelcoming. Looks rundown. We first thought we were at wrong location. Needs upgrading & improving.”

“This worked well for an overnight. Good communication with host. We appreciated that there were bars in the bathroom for towels. It was right by a bar with loud music but the Window AC unit helped cover up the noise so we were able to sleep.”

“The apartment was roomy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood just about a block from the main street in Winooski, a beautiful little town on the Winooski River. There are great restaurants and a brewery in town, which is only a couple of miles from both Burlington and the airport. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed here as a family. My kids loved it. There were board games to play and the house was nice. Parking was available on site, and we could walk to church street.The only downside of the location was that there were people smoking weed on the street almost anytime we walked anywhere, so it smelled pretty bad when we would walk places. I doubt this would be too different anywhere else in the city, but worth mentioning if you are visiting Burlingwith kids.”

“Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers.”

“Very cute, clean and well-appointed place to stay. Its in a small town south of Burlington with a lot of charm, pastoral views and a great grocery store. It was just what we needed, and the hosts have put a lot of care into the apartement.”
