I booked a family suite months before our trip and they over sold my room.. so our family of 7 stayed in one room with two double beds.. they did try to give us another room for free which we did appreciate however the air conditioner didn’t work at all so we had no other choice but to sleep all 7 of us in one room and they told me I was ungrateful for being upset. We will not be staying again.

I had a fairly nice experience here. The staff didn't seem particularly inviting, but did their jobs fine. The exercise room is adequate, but dumbbells would be a nice addition. Room was very comfortable and large with a nice desk and reliable wifi. Parking was a little bit tight. Pretty nice continental breakfast.

Front desk lied to us when we asked to adjust our stay. He told me he was able to make the adjustment if the 3rd party booking agency agreed which they did many times. He then told the agency he refused to adjust our stay and refund me. I started this process 50 hours ahead of the night I wanted to cancel well above 24 cancellation policy of 24 hours. This happens to multiple guests and not all from the same 3rd party booking agency. We booked 3rd party because the hotel showed sold out when I tried booking direct then the hotel wanted to punish us for not booking direct. Never give this location a dime if your money. They price gauged for a kids event and the room was not worth the price. The breakfast was awful the coffee was like dirt.
