The GM did make all of this right by us and I’m only leaving a review bc I rely on reviews when booking places and this one time I did not and it backfired. We were on a mom sons trips and arrived for just 1 night of rest before heading to beach on Monday morning and upon arrival at 1030pm we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the pullout couch bed was broken, second room had mold all over the pull out couch, and third room there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch for our kids and the staff wouldn’t get us a blanket and sent us to another room to get ourselves. She was very rude and unwilling to help. And then someone pulled fire alarm at 4:00am. The tubs looked rough and we planned on showering before leaving but we decided to just skip breakfast and all and get out of there. I’m thankful GM called and made some things right but the staff and facility is not worth paying to stay. Hopefully this will be better moving forward.
