Budget rooms, a little akin to a hostel. Car park covered in broken glass. Rooms and corridors smell of stale smoke masked with air freshener. Bedding was clean and comfortable, but chewing gum stuck to windowsill and picture hanging off wall. Blind broken (husband fixed so could pull down). Holes in walls and poorly fitting doors. People from bar using corridor for getting to car park and fire doors left open. I’m not even mentioning factors outside of the accommodations control such as noise and heat.

The room was lovely and the view was great. Parking is a bit pricey but it’s a safe place.

Lovely hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Your room was homely and comfortable. We were well looked after. Nice breakfast too’
