The staff is rude, never smiles, not helpful in any way. One employee even mention know one cares here. He was the only one that helped out because front desk employees are just on there phones. Rooms were sooo gross like never cleaned properly. Shower drain doesn’t work, sink drain doesn’t work. We were three in the room with a pull out couch and one king bed. We pull out couch looked like it should have been thrown out over a decade ago. The springs just pop through, mystery stains on everything everywhere! Floors were sticky. The ice room the ceiling fell from water damage and it toook employees 3 days to notice, put signs up for slippery and to clean up the drywall that fell .
Pool was nice tho. Breakfast was good but doesn’t get replenished very quickly . I wouldn’t recommend this place even for the price I was charged.
