Enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy and seamless. Only issue was when we made it up to our room, we pull out the sofa bed and it was covered in dirty and grime. We went down to the front desk and showed a video of how we found the bed, and the front immediately rectified it by moving our room. We weren't offered an apology, but glad we got some action. From the outside the hotel looks dated, but on the inside it had a modern upgraded feel (except the showers. The showers were definitely dated which confused us sort of lol.) Outside of that staff was polite, decor was cute, pricing was cheat so can't beat that. We will more than likely be back :).

Great stay overall! The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. Loved the location and the amenities — definitely worth it. I’d stay here again!

The hotel room itself was faultless, the Dyson hair dryer and upscale amenities were appreciated which is why I gave 4 stars. However the housekeeping makes the hotel go from a 4* to a 1*, we stayed 3 nights, our room was only cleaned once, and it was sloppy to say the least, the only thing tidy was the bed, nothing else was cleaned, and the do not disturb signs were left out on the floor along with trash. The first night the housekeeping staff came into our room at 7.30pm and woke our son up, the next day they did not clean the room and then we heard them outside at 9pm so we put the do not disturb on our door to stop them coming in again. Terrible service for what should be a nice hotel! The service at the restaurant was also extremely slow, we didn't go back after making the mistake of having dinner there the first night we arrived. There is no self parking only Valet which was over $50 per night. They really need to up their standard of service.
