I did find some ants in my room and at 2:30am I was awoken to someone shouting and cussing outside my windows outside (1st floor) but the bed and staff were great along with the free drinks and snacks. Breakfast wasn't too bad either nothing special but satisfying. Overall, a pretty good experience.
