“Quaint hotel! The staff was amazing!! So friendly and helpful. I was dropping my son off for college and had forgotten several things. The staff assisted me with replacing the needed items and just went out of their way to make my stay wonderful! Definately will be back to stay. The restaurant McCormicks has fabulous breakfast and I met Elizabeth on her first day working there, was lucky enough to see her the next day and she took extra time to talk with me . Best experience in a long……
“The room was gross- unclean upon arrival from previous guest. Clumps of female hair on fitted bed sheet seen after rolling back the comforter and square sheet. No body wash in shower container. Cleaning lady refusing to provide extra towels in between cleanings. Floors appeared unswept and rug unvaccummed. Room had no thermostat control on wall”
“The staff is always friendly and helpful. My room reservation was somehow lost in their system so they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite. Needless to say, the kids were excited!”
