Unexpected upgrade at check in. Was much appreciated!

The staff was so helpful and great but the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. The pillows especially were awful and we changed them too. Still bad. Won’t stay there again because we both slept so badly.

The setting was unique and historic. Valet parking was fast and bellhop was helpful. Our room was a little small and the air never got very cold. Quiet and didn’t hear surrounding rooms. Bus stop across the street was a little sketchy.
