“Very friendly staff, great restaurant and amenities. Rating at a 4 because of total mess up with room payment. I had reserved 4 rooms for our group of 7 and we paid for rooms in pairs, one couples room was double booked (they walked in on guests) the hotel then assigned them a different room at a discounted rate which they paid. When I received my credit card statement, is when I realized I was charged for both our room and the other discounted room that was wrongfully booked, we are still……

“The staff were friendly and helpful. They were always there to help with breakfast supplies, etc. The breakfast area was clean and quiet. It was a nice atmosphere.”

“Absolutely terrible experience, will never stay here again. Checked in, the floors were clean but the bedding smelled of fecal matter and had feces stains on the bedding, hidden by some of the pillows. The facility staff's only resolution: we'll change the bedding. No compensation, nothing. Disgusting, do not stay here if you value your sanity.”
