“The staff were friendly and helpful. They were always there to help with breakfast supplies, etc. The breakfast area was clean and quiet. It was a nice atmosphere.”

Checked in, the floors were clean but the bedding smelled of fecal matter and had feces stains on the bedding, hidden by some of the pillows. The facility staff's only resolution: we'll change the bedding. No compensation, nothing. Disgusting, do not stay here if you value your sanity.”
