The room was clean. AC broken in room. Staff slow to respond to request regarding broken AC. Eventually brought in a window AC in which the door or window had to remain open to use. Uncomfortable process. The room hot/humid at night. Staff friendly/ language barrier with no effort made to understand. Halfway in, we were moved into a new room. Met manager last day, very helpful/friendly, but it was near end of stay. Beautiful views but not conveniently located. Would not recommend.
