The hotel was very pretty well appointed very well kept the location is good because it is close to the train station. The staff was very friendly with the exception of maybe one person that seemed irritated by questions. They could’ve given a little bit more information and been a little bit more helpful and proactive in helping us understand how to find all the sites for for instance, we thought we had to go all the way to Lugano for the boats. The Havana bar is a lot of fun great vibe, but the breakfast buffet was really not good poor selection not the best tasting food. Definitely not impressed with the breakfast. Lugano overall is very touristy very expensive and not the most scenic even though it’s known for being scenic, the architecture is just lacking, considering it Swiss Italian. Also the indoor pool just feels like nothing exciting just a pool in a hotel. This hotel is great though for an escape, especially if you go to Lakeview, you could just hang out in your room the entire time very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything, including the incline from the train station to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the room includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. The included breakfast had a large variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste.

Fabulous boutique hotel. All the staff were exceedingly courteous and helpful. Rooms have incredible views above Lake Lugano and it wasn’t an issue about not being located in the actual town itself, in fact it was a positive, with the hotel running a courtesy shuttle minibus down to the town and back 3 times daily. Restaurant absolutely wonderful with incredible food and wine choices. Bar offers an alternative more relaxed eating option either inside or outside on the lovely terrace. Would highly recommend.
