“Berlin, NH is a hidden gem near Gorham. We enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with still a feel of the history of the home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked. Thank you for everything. We would stay there again.”

“This was a fantastic vacation property!! We had the greatest week in such a beautiful setting. The view from the front porch and main living area was just beautiful. Loved laying in the master suite upstairs and seeing the water from bed. The property is private with a large amount of land on which to play and a lovely walk to the water access. “We really enjoyed our stay in the summertime. The area was so quiet and peaceful; almost no traffic. The house was very clean and “modern”. Decorated nicely. There wasn’t much in the kitchen to help with cooking but that was fine because we were attending a wedding. Even though it says it sleeps 8-10, it’s really only comfortable for 2 couples (4-5 adults) and the rest children because the double couch sofa and trundle bed were not very comfortable at all.
