“The unit's bedrooms have no windows at all. So you can't tell day and night and the a/c needs to be on 24/7 because there is no fresh air coming in. The internet does not work so you can't work in the unit at all. No one is coming to fix it for you. We complained every day and in the end they only give us $50 off for the whole stay. The location is convenient and safe. The unit is clean.”

“The prioperty was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and a great value for the price. The location was excellent as we needed to be in downtown Des Moines. The only negative at all was the sketchy feel to the neighborhood. The Bodega next to the property entrance always had a number of people milling around day and night, and there was a Police presence there several times which made us wonder.
