“The unit's bedrooms have no windows at all. So you can't tell day and night and the a/c needs to be on 24/7 because there is no fresh air coming in. The internet does not work so you can't work in the unit at all. No one is coming to fix it for you. We complained every day and in the end they only give us $50 off for the whole stay. The location is convenient and safe. The unit is clean.”

“Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.”
