"The staff was amazing. The restaurant on site is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kayla I believe was her name in the restaurant, she knows customer service. Our room could have used a little help, mattresses were very worn in, one caving in towards the middle one with a row of popped springs. I highly recommend bathroom doors with latches or locks. My children never left me alone with the sliding door. Pool was great!!!!!"

"Since the rooms have been upgraded in the past, they are very pleasant to stay in. The exterior cleanliness could be a little bit better, but the rooms and interior cleanliness was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful and I checked in and out quickly. The motel is a great choice for quick no frills stays."

"Nothing when we booked about being under renovations. I had to skim the inside pool everytime we swam. The last day we were able to swim due to our schedule, they had to unlock it for us, and garbage from the night before was all over the pool area. They didn’t vacuum the carpet and hallways for 3 days. The rooms lighting was horrible."

"I did not stay at this hotel at all. I walked into my room and immediately walked back out. There were several young kids running around smoking marijuana, which was concerning but not the main issue. While I was in the room, there were people outside threatening to fight each other. I also noticed a hole in the wall, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and informed the employee that I did not feel safe staying there and would not be staying the 5 days. I asked if I could receive a refund, but I was told I would need to call in the morning. The next morning, I called the front desk and spoke with the assistant manager. He initially refused to issue a refund and informed me that I was still checked into the hotel, even though I had left the night before because I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. He told me that I “should have called the police.” I responded by saying that if I was expected to pay for all five nights, then I would return, stay the entire time, call the police if necessary, and report every issue I witnessed on the property. After that conversation, his tone completely changed. I also mentioned that I would be leaving a review about my experience, and he told me not to. I should not have had to threaten complaints or police involvement just to receive a refund for a hotel stay where I genuinely did not feel safe. After all of this, I only received a refund for four of the five nights because the hotel kept me"

"My only suggestion would be to not allow pets in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. I know it is attached to the lobby, but we witnessed a larger dog with his owner sniffing the buffet area, and it worried us about the cleanliness a little."
