The staff were excellent and very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was very tasty, and we were located only a short distance from the beach. "- The taxi driver couldn't find the address which caused delay and a more expensive bill then expected. - Nobody was able to speak English, they can speak only Russian and Georgian. - The breakfast was very poor. - Nobody helped us to bring our luggage to the third floor and no lift available. - The bathroom was very stinky because no exhaust system in the bathroom available. "The propert had none of the listed amenities available. No pool and no game zone and no private beach access. AC of the room was so noisy that could not sleep at night. Best part was no one was available at reception at check out time. Waste of money. "
