"From poor amenities to terrible bedding, this was a bad stay. Despite advertisements, there is no Laundry Facility, no 24hr desk service, no concierge, intermittent wifi, no coffee shop, and no sound proof rooms. Breakfast was terrible - old and dried out pan de aqua with bad jam and instant coffee. Bedding was horrible.
