We stayed on the Gold Floor in room 2604, and I can’t thank the team enough for making our stay so memorable. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The housekeeping team was amazing, and whenever we needed anything, it was delivered to our room in less than five minutes. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Staying on the Gold Floor was an incredible experience for our family. We enjoyed complimentary service twice a day, along with breakfast and lunch, and the private elevator made access to the Haram very convenient. Everything we requested through room service was provided promptly. The hotel is only about a five-minute walk to the Haram, making it an excellent choice, especially for families visiting Makkah. I highly recommend staying here. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding stay at Swissotel Makkah from check-in to check-out. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and welcoming, and every member of staff we encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to help. The location is excellent, with very convenient access to the Haram, making it easy to attend prayers throughout the day. Our room was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who were exceptional throughout our stay. They were consistently friendly, respectful, and incredibly hardworking, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring our room was spotless. Their kindness and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience. Thank you to the entire Swissotel Makkah team for making our Umrah stay so comfortable and memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

I won't stay here again. It is close to Haram that is the only positive about it. At reception they have 10 counters but at any given time there are only 3 to 4 open. When i entered the hotel there was water spill my son slipped and got hurt. It took us 30 mins before we could speak to receptioninst for check in. Rooms are clean but extremely small. I was travelling from canada with family of 6,after putting luggage in room, there is no space left to even walk. Breakfast experience is terrible. It is extremely crowded and you have to wait for 15 to 20 mins to get a table. That too, you need to find table by yourself, when someone is leaving, then stand by it and ask one of the staff member to clean it. If you ask staff for table they'll simply say there are no tables. Drinks are warm, they have ice bucket besides drinks where little kids are playing with the ice with their hands!!!! Housekeeping staff is good. In my room sink was blocked and despite several time asking nothing was done. If you enter hotel from main door/lobby, you have ro take like 5 levels of escalators ro reach P5 then take elevator to your floor, very very tome consuming. My experience was not good. Would not recommend it to anyone. Rather stay a little far or a hotel that is not a comples of hotels. You can stay little far, save money on hotels and can take a cab to Haram and still save money.
