The reception staff truly stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist and guided us in the right way without ever pressuring us into hotel-related packages. Instead, they genuinely helped with arranging shopping trips, recommending quality restaurants, suggesting popular tourist attractions, and even organizing taxis for local travel and airport transfers. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, giving us the perfect start to our mornings. Overall, we highly recommend Carina Gold Hotel & Restaurant for anyone looking for clean and well-maintained rooms, courteous staff who go above and beyond in helping tourists, and delicious food. It’s an excellent choice for both comfort and hospitality.

The staff here was absolutely amazing! We were greeted by the sweetest female concierge. I'm so sorry I forgot her name. However, if for some reason she's not around, everyone was super pleasant, gave great recommendations and were always available for any questions we had. Rooms were very clean and pretty spacious. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast in the morning had alot of options as well. Overall, we would definitely return!
