"We wanted a quiet place for a few nights right on the river and this place was it. Lovely home with everything you could need (plus some). Lovely property, deck and fire pit area that were all well maintained. Access to the river for fishing. Can't beat it. We've stayed in a lot of places and this has to seriously be, by far, the nicest one. We'll be back when we can stay a little longer."

"This is an old country home. Not horrible, not ideal, at least for us. I see they've added "rustic" to the description. That's a good word. Pros: Stargazing - pretty dark at night. Beautiful skies. Area - we felt safe. No worries about being there alone at night. Nice area. Wildlife refuge nearby with hiking trails. If you have kids, you should know the house sits close to the road, which has a 45 mph speed limit. Would need to keep an eye on them. Bathroom - Large enough to feel comfortable....
