We asked for the handicapped room, because I'm disabled and he was trying to give us one on the second floor. He acted like it was a terrible imposition. I tried to ask a few questions and got curt , short answers. I was told we'd have wifi. If l wanted to lay on the floor outside our room in the hall, I was able to get only one rung up on the icon, for a second. Nothing in our room. The bed was hard, pillows old and flat, no tissues or normal toiletries. No information about where ice machine, or breakfast hours... nothing. I'd really like my money back!!!

Room was old. No one there, breakfast wasn’t even breakfast, stale cereal, no coffee creamer. Place smelled like heavy cleaner. I was the only one staying there which made me feel uncomfortable and people told me it’s a dumpy hotel that you can go there by the hour

There was cockroaches in the room when we woke up. They did nothing about it. We checked out so fast. Will never stay here again.

The building smelled strongly of bleach but was not clean. The room was on the ground floor and none of the doors locked. Did not feel safe so we left within one hour if arrival.

As noted from many other reviews, you get what you pay for. This place is barely holding its head above water before it’s massively renovated or shut down. One staff on shift, I had to search to find to check in, took almost 10 minutes, and I did smell alcohol on her breath. Once I got through check in, it was a quiet night. Probably would stay again.

The ice machine didn’t work, but so what I suppose. Convenience store right down the street. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had good pressure. Could’ve used some new caulk around the shower surround, but other than that it was very nice.

Rented 3 rooms for 5 adults. first room Toilet loose on floor flushing water leaked on floor unto my suit pants. 2nd room Blood and semen stains on sheets showed the manager. 3rd room moldy smell coming out of air conditioning. Scary breakfast!!! Half a box cereal, dorm room fridge had partial qt of old milk, trash can at counter gross with flies. Talked with mgr in morning and called on Monday. Mgr said he was sending a check. He lied. Absolutely the worst. Never send your clients here. I would rate worse than terrible but not an option.!!!

Booked 2 nights originally until only about 1 hr into my stay I see a roach crawling the wall next to the bed… I started to look around the room after that and it was disgustingly dirty. Last guests clothes was still behind the chair, room didn’t seem to be cleaned in weeks.. had to argue with the man at the desk to even get my money back for the remaining night that I was definitely not staying.. refused to refund me for the first night even after only being in there for 1 hr. I even brought the roach to the front counter . I was refunded for the second night I booked.
