Fantastic room. Very clean and comfortable. Great facilities. I have no idea why I haven’t used this facility before, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Particularly liked the way the bar staff made everyone feel welcome and asked them where they came from and what they had been doing in the day. Very personable and made the hotel seem very friendly. Unfortunately, due to sheer bad luck, we were located a room next to a group that were screaming, shouting, arguing etc well past midnight. The whole group must’ve used room 165 as a base. This resulted in me going to reception at 23.25 to ask what time guests should be a reasonable time to tone it down. The bar and games room were open so ideally they could have partied there. I had to call reception again at midnight as this was still carrying on but the staff did come and sort this out and handled it well. Apart from this, this is a fabulous hotel and i wholeheartedly recommend it.

hotel was very good, food excellent. The only disapointment was the sauna And steam room were out of action.

Classy design. Gorgeous ground to explore. Reassuringly expensive...so perfect for a special occasion or treat. Lush.

The room decor was a little overbearing and dark with little natural light, the mattress was a little on the firm side for my both my coleague in the next room and myself. The Gym saw its best days in the 80's...

Our junior suite was amazing and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone
