Elegant hotel, perfect location

Elegant hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the single room was large enough, the bed comfortable, the bathroom a tat old but functional, perfect location right by Sayaji Gardens, 5min from the train station, I cannot fault this hotel, will be back on my next trip to Vadodara.

Good customer service but the rooms had certain drainage issues, noise pollution from phones ringing all morning. I would not recommend stay for the price they charge for one night since there were a bunch of issues in the bathroom like water drainage and hygiene.

Arrived at 1:00 AM at night to find Room’s Air Conditioner not working. Hotel is very near to a huge public garden and it is infested with mosquitoes. Bathrooms are not throughly cleaned. Staff didn’t even give me new saying they are fully booked. Please avoid lot of good options around.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and it genuinely feels like my little sanctuary in the city. The staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful the kind of service that makes you feel truly cared for. Their in-room dining is consistently exceptional, and every request is handled with so much ease and efficiency. The newly renovated rooms are a whole mood. Think chic boho interiors, rattan furniture, soft earthy tones, and an overall aesthetic that instantly puts you at peace. Waking up in these lush, green surroundings is honestly the highlight of my stay every time. The only thing to keep in mind is that the area outside can feel a bit unsafe late at night. But once you’re inside, it’s calm, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. For me, this remains one of the best hotels in the city reliable, stylish, and refreshingly homely.

A Hidden Gem in Vadodara

Revival Lords Inn is my first choice whenever I visit Vadodara from 2005. This time I stayed alone for more than 2 weeks. I have nothing negative to talk about this hotel. All the staff, from front desk to cleaning, to dining room are very helpful. I have to mention specially about this hotel’s breakfast (which is included in room price). Breakfast is the highlight of my stay. They serve 7-8 hot breakfast Indian dishes along with continental items. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back in future. Thank you to all the staff of Revival Lords Inn to make my stay safe and pleasant.

Good location, a little noisy.

Good location for older areas of Vadodara. Hotel bldg is old, needs updating. Food service is good including the breakfast. We were there in winter and temperature down to 55F at night. Hot water boiler was broken and we had no hot water for shower! Had to request buckets of hot water which took long time to get. Hotel staff should have offered the hot water in advance. We should not have had to request it every day. Hallways are relatively noisy in the daytime.

Call the hotel to clarify before you book.!

Arrived late with booking email confirmation booking. Guy at checkin had no idea what he was doing, he eventually after half hour checked me in. I got to the room and it was a smoking room and I hated it! I called him and he said that that's all we have. I specified a non-smoking room in my booking, he said because the non smoking room only checked out at 6pm they weren't able to get it ready - I arrived at the hotel at midnight! They couldn't get one room ready in six hours! Also they said it wasn't possible then so I he to sleep in a smoking room! Apart from this hotel was ok.

In city center overlooking a quiet park

I went to Vadodara as a stepping place to visit Chamaoer and Pavaghed. Hotel is dated and fraying but staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very decent. Location next to an interesting museum and not far from the Maharaja's palace. I happen to be there during Divali and they a very good buffet dinner on the roof terrace.

My wife and myself spent two days in Lords Revival, Baroda. We booked on Internet. The first impression was, it was not as big as they claim to show through photography. It is a small hotel and far from the madding crowd - even though very near to Sayajigung - the heart of the city. We felt the food is good and available at reasonable rates.

Revival Lords Inn - Baroda, India

The great secret about Revival Lords Inn is the personnel. They are friendly, efficient and extremely honest. For example, the room cleaner discovered that I had mistakenly thrown a 100 rupee note into the trash along with a piece of paper. He waited until I returned to the room and returned it to me. In addition, the complimentary breakfast buffet is excellent; the location near the universirty is very convenient for me. Strongly recommend.
