Inside you'll enjoy large windows bathing the living area with tons of natural light. You will look forward to taking it easy in the inviting open concept living space with plenty of dining and relaxing room for your group. Step out on the front patio to breathe in fresh air while sipping your morning coffee and admiring gorgeous Vail mountainscapes. The full kitchen is well appointed with beautiful tile counter-tops and all the supplies the cook of the group will need to whip up a delicious family feast. Coffee is provided as well! There is bar seating for three and the dining space opens to the kitchen and living area and can seat six.

The living area is furnished with a brand-new sleeper sofa, large armchair, flat screen TV and gas fireplace to enhance your vacation experience. The perfect place to congregate to discuss the day’s adventures. Just off the living area is the side-by-side washer/dryer closet for your convenience. You’ll also find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo and guest linens.

Both bedrooms feature super comfortable mattresses; you’ll fall asleep the moment your head hits the pillow or unwind by watching your own private TV. The master is equipped with an en-suite bathroom and private patio. The patio is a wonderful space for some quiet enjoyment. While the guest room offers two twin beds with fresh linens. This condo also has ample closet space for gear storage.

You can easily choose to walk to one of Lionshead’s wonderful restaurants via the pedestrian bridge or pick-up groceries at Safeway and prepare a delicious feast in your welcoming vacation rental. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Great stay at a wonderful property. Very happy with the location close to the pedestrian bridge, though the altitude did make it a bit more challenging on the walk home! The unit was clean and comfortable, with everything you might need for the stay. It was nice that the owners don't clear everything out- there was cooking oil, and basic spices as well as sugar and coffee. It was great in the afternoons to sit in the pool and hot tub and watch the late skiers come off the mountain. Really nice check-out process- they only asked that we take out the trash and run the dishwasher to give their cleaners a head-start. A very reasonable request. All in all, a great place and a great stay- would highly recommend and will plan to return to the same place.

Father-Son Annual Ski Trip
Stayed at this SunVail condo for five nights in late February. The trip was our annual father-son ski trip. The condo more than met our needs and description accurate. The only challenge was the 11-12 min walk to Lions Head gondola using the pedestrian overpass. For those of us that are fiscally fit, it was not a problem, but could be for someone not used to heightened physical exercise. For properties in Vail it is a good value.

Great Family Stay in Vail
Best parts of this condo development. Its pretty quiet and relaxed complex. Pool and Hot Tub and Sauna are very nice. I would recommend they offer towels at the pool area. We walked into Lionshead a couple of times from the complex. Once for dinner and once for breakfast. It is a short walk - at most 10 minutes to anywhere in Lionshead. For skiing, we decided to drive over and park in Vail Village or Lionshead. For the 5 of us it was worth the price of parking to not have the kids and us walkin ski books and have to carry skiis and poles. If you get to the lots early there is no problem getting parking. I did see people walking it in boots and carrying equipment, but this was my vacation after all. If I lived there, I'd walk it. The unit was well supplied with kitchen equipment and alot of basic necessities - spices, etc. Beds were comfortable - King Bed was very comfortable. TV's worked well and had cable for live shows. Heat worked great. Bathrooms were clean well stocked.

Great place!
This was a great place to stay and was a little less expensive than staying on the town side of Lionshead. The walk over the pedestrian bridge was short and easy. We left our boots in storage at the rental place so we didn't have to drag them back and forth. The condo was VERY clean. The only thing I can think of that it lacked was larger pool towels for the hot tub. Great stay overall!

The property is in a wonderful complex with a convenient location just across the bridge to Lionshead. We had stayed in the complex before, but first time in this unit. Pros: first floor, comfortable beds, clean, easy check in/out, pool is amazing, easy parking. Cons: in the summer with no AC, ceiling fans would be a very nice addition. While it cooled down at night it got pretty hot in the day. I couldn't figure out how to plug either bathtub for my kids to take a bath so this should be fixed. Overall it is a very nice place and we had a wonderful stay but definitely due for some updates, and smart tv's would be a great addition as well.

Well appointed condo, missing screens 🙄
We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week summer stay. This condo is nicely furnished with good sized rooms and quality furnishings. Kitchen has everything you’d need and paper supplies are included. Very clean with plenty of linens and full sized W/D. The location is about a half mile walk over the highways via the pedestrian bridge to Lionshead village. Just be aware if uphill and steps are an issue for you. Others mentioned road noise and we found it to be very significant when on the patio. We basically didn’t use the patio for that reason. Missing screens - there is no AC which is generally not an issue in the mountains- just open the windows. Except most screens were missing in this unit making for a couple uncomfortable nights. Although this was reported on day one, there was no attempt by SkyRun to follow up or resolve. Seems an easy fix.

Great place - fairly healthy hike to the village with skis and boots
We stayed here for two days and everything was great. Wonderful communication process and everything was as expected. I will say that we chose to drive to base and pay for parking because the walk is doable but somewhat strenuous after a day of skiing. There are also busses that could be used. We had a great time.
