Not a safe neighborhood. Staff stood and watched while I tried to open the front door, then pulled out my phone and called to be buzzed in. Extremely small bathroom, even by French standards.

Lovely hotel room with a large, comfy bed and large bathroom. Lots of space for luggage etc (although they did put us in the disabled room). Handy that there was lots of hotel parking and its less than 10 mins to the Tram station. Big breakfast selection, very useful hotel.

Loved the room with the terrace. The breakfast was wonderful.
Felt the menu for Jeanne was much too limited, especially for people with food allergies. There was no play di jour when we stayed.
