Super helpful staff and the room was large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal as it is an easy walk to shops and restaurants, the cable car to the bastille and is right next to the bus and train station.

Me and my family of 12 stayed there for a weekend, as we had a family wedding in Grenoble. The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner. Also, they allowed us to enter the pool before the opening hour and sell us coffees the day we departure, even if it was past the breakfast time.
The AC worked very well in all rooms, which was extremely necessary due to the high temperatures in August.
The hotel is located in a quiet area and provides parking spaces and dogs are allowed!
I take a London-Barcelona trip by car at least twice a year, crossing all France, and this is the first French hotel where we found kind and helpful staff, which was an amazing surprise. Overall I would recommend the hotel for a comfortable family stay.
