Hotel bietet keine Unterhalten an. Hätte zwar die Infrastruktur wird nicht genutzt. Es liegt auch fern von allem, man braucht das Auto um etwas zu sehen, zu Fuss kommt man nirgends hin. Personal sehr, seht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer werden nur notdürftig gereinigt.

Nous y étions en Octobre et ce n'est pas la région la plus touristique. Cependant nous entendions tous les bruits des gens dans les chambre voisines comme si nous y étions.Nous étions les seuls à prendre le petit déjeuner et avions précisé l'heure ou nous viendrions et ce n'était jamais près. Enfin la piscine n'est pas ouverte d'Octobre à mai information non présente lors de la réservation

Diciamo che è molto cambiato da quando ci sono andata 3 anni fa...però il ristorante offre buona cucina con prezzi modesti...la piscina è sempre molto pulita...le stanze sono un pochino piccole e si muore di caldo se non accendi il condizionatore

Nettes Personal und sauberes Hotel

Frühstückskellner sind voll freundlich. Wenn ihr im Mai anreist unbedingt mit Mietauto (Strand ist felsig, aber schön) und der Pool ist noch nicht eingelassen! Sizilien war traumhaft - immer schön!!! Frühstücksbuffet ist leider immer das gleiche - kein Wurst- oder Käsebuffet: mehr so Marmelade und Nouggat-Crossiants! Aber Zimmer und überhaupt sehr sauber :)

Camera arredata in modo più che spartano, c'era il frigobar in camera ma desolatamente vuoto. La struttura sarebbe anche carina ma è sicuramente molto trascurata. Personale molto gentile

Hotel très agréable et reposant.

Hotel bien placé pour visiter Trapani, Erice, San vito lo Capo etc.... Piscine très agréable. Une belle vue de la chambre. Le repas du soir était copieux est très bon. Par contre on aurait aimé plus de variétés au petit déjeuner.

Poca oferta para un hotel que pretende 4 estrellas

La recepción fue desagradable, nos indicaron que no podríamos usar la piscina sin gorro, y que si no contábamos con él nos lo podían vender, que en Italia era de esa forma, muy despectivo, de hecho veníamos de dos hoteles de mayor categoría en Italia y nunca nos exigieron gorro para natación. Además comprobamos que muchos huéspedes no lo usaban. Por lo demás el resto del personal muy amable. Pero algo muy importante NO Funciona internet, ni en la habitación ni en las zonas comunes, aparece la conexión pero no conecta y no se puede navegar, es realmente desastroso para un hotel que pretende 4 estrellas, creemos que no le daríamos ni 3.

Buon albergo a due passi dal mare di Valderice e Cornino, gentilissimo il personale, pulita e tranquilla la piscina, comodo il parcheggio interno.

Gestione dell'albergo inesistente e insufficiente

Personale sufficientemente disponibile e cortese. Stanze piccole con bagno vecchio, cieco e senza ventola. Colazione scarsa. Buon ristorante ma servizio minimale come del resto gli altri servizi dell'albergo. Posizione buona, nei dintorni non c'è nulla ma in 30/40 minuti anche meno si va dappertutto. Parcheggio interno e piscina grande.

Siamo stati la scorsa settimana ospiti di Torre Xiare , devo dire che è stato un buon soggiorno. Pulizia e cortesia del personale più che sufficienti. Unico neo la colazione veramente si minimi termini.

Posto tranquillo e ben tenuto con una bellissima piscina e giardino curato personale gentile e cordiale pulizia delle camere giornaliera unico neo che c era qualke formica.. il televisore vecchio modello ci stava un po per prendere il segnale e poteva capitare che lo perdeva (ma sinceramente per noi irrilevante perke l accendevamo giusto il tempo di farci la doccia e prepararci per uscire) il posto si trova a venticinque minuti da Erice.

Off season disappointment

I booked into the Torre Xiare at the end of April, and the hotel was just about empty. It looked as if the season had not really started and hence many of the facilities of the hotel were not available. If the hotel was busy and the facilities available I would imagine that it would a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

cette residence est destinée à une clientele d'ete donc nous etions les seuls clients fin avril. Rien n'etait encore demarré donc nous n'avons pas eu de piscine ni de wifi mais c'etait sans doute transitoire.

Hotel maksymalnie dwugwiazdkowy

Pokój był śmierdzący, na ścianie był grzyb, w lodówce stara niedopita woda. Pobyt był na początku kwietnia - w pokoju było zimno i nie dało się uruchomić klimatyzacji by ogrzać pomieszczenie. Prysznic brudny, wieczorem była letnia woda, rano była tylko zimna woda. Z recepcjonistą nie można było się porozumieć, bo nie mówił po angielsku, znał tylko kilka wyrazów. Musieliśmy wyjechać wcześnie rano. W recepcji nie było nikogo i nie można było się wymeldować. Na szczęście byliśmy tylko jedną noc. Nie polecam.

Fel säsong att ha öppet.

Vi reste i oktober och blev väldigt besvikna då allt var mer eller mindre nedstängt på hotollet. Poolen, baren och restaurangen (gick dock att beställa frukost) var stängt för säsongen vilket vi hade velat veta innan vi bokade. Vi var i princip ensamma gäster så man undrar ju om de ens ska ha öppet i oktober.

Una bella vacanza tutto sommato

Il luogo si presenta benissimo, ampi spazi, nuovi e molto ben tenuti, fiori, giardini, tutti i più importanti servizi (wi-fi, aria condizionata, parcheggio privato protetto, bar interno, ecc...) disponibili, compresa una bellissima piscina molto curata e ottimamente assistita, senza contare il contorno e la posizione strategica tra San Vito lo Capo, Trapani ed Erice. Bellissimo! L'albergo è tuttavia molto dispersivo e i contatti con il personale distanti dal tipico standard siciliano fatto di calore e grande cordialità. La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era piuttosto piccola e impersonale, troppo vicina a nostro avviso alla strada provinciale di notte piuttosto rumorosa. Nonostante tutto il soggiorno è risultato assai gradevole e decisamente consigliabile in particolare per l'ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità.

" Nachsaison ist halt Nachsaison "

Da wir zur Nachsaison angereist sind waren diverse Strandbars schon geschlossen! Hatten ein Auto gemietet und waren somit Mobil (an den siziljanischen Fahrstil gewöhnt man sich nach ca. zwei Tagen)!

Nettes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr gut gefallen, jedoch war bei uns das Hotel nur gering ausgelastet und deshalb wirkte die Anlage etwas verlassen. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren jedoch sehr gut!

Beautiful Location

We really loved the hotel itself, grounds were well kept, pool was very clean and the food outstanding. Sadly, check out was at 10am - VERY inconvenient. There were no menu's to order snack from outside the times of bfast, lunch and dinner. Bfast was only served till 9:30am. Rooms are very small. No luggage service or ramp/lift to get to the second floor with a baby and 4 pieces of luggage! The are is gorgeous and most of the staff were really nice. I suggest more services, improved facilities and perhaps allow third parties to offer food alternatives to guests. There was only 1 bar to serve the entire resort outside the seated meal times.

Ottima location

Il mio soggiorno nell'hotel e' stato piacevole. Le camere seppur piccole sono confortevoli e pulite. La struttura e' dotata di due piscine , un ampio parco attrezzato ,un anfiteatro e un bar più altre strutture ricreative . Inoltre offre una simpatica animazione diurna e serale .L'hotel gode di una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere le vicine mete vacanziere della provincia di Trapani. Il personale della reception molto professionale e disponibile.

Allt var perfekt förutom att våra rum luktade konstigt, kanske var det havslukten som påverkade. Det fanns vattengympa och andra aktiviteter för familjen. Vill man äta någon annan stans än vid hotellet fanns inget i närheten förutom en pizzeria (som dock var svår att hitta men värd att leta efter)

Loved it!! Cant wait to go back!

What a great find! My husband and I travel all around the world and I believe this was a great find. We drove our car from Malta so we had our car. Its a 20 min drive to San Vito the best beach in Sicily!! The customer service at the desk was WONDERFUL especially Karmen. Seeing we do not speak Italian the front desk helped us with everything we need with a smile on there face. My parents where traveling for the first time out of the states and Karmen made sure they were comfortable (Which wasn't that easy) . Another plus is during the summer they have kid programs, Dancing, pool games and others. My daughter had a blast. Can't wait to go back!
