The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful and always pleasant. This is my third visit to the hotel but this year my single room was smaller on Floor 1 to that on the top floor where I've previously stayed so that was a disappointment"

"Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel set in lovely grounds and clean . Bedroom clean and housekeeping every day . Breakfast was really good. Evening meals in the bar were fab and delicious. So was lunch. We didn’t have a car so we used the local buses which were on time and a good way to get into town centre as well as visiting local beaches on the island and the fare was reasonable £2.00 to anywhere . Would like to mention one staff member the Conceirge Darlington who was most helpful . Very friendly and advised where to visit etc"
