"We have been here maybe five or six times. There are quite a few familiar faces in the staff - an encouraging sign for a guest. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast is a mixture of cold food and hot food cooked to order. Very nicely presented, and tasty. The location is superb. It is a very short walk to St George's Square, but tucked in a quiet part of town."

"Let me start with a 'la carte breakfast: the selection and quality was very good. The hotel is clean and our room was fair size. The location is excellent - steps from the famous St. John's cathedral. You will have to take a few steps from the nearby street but it is very close. The hotel offers 24 hour front desk so we had no issue checking out in the middle of the night to catch our early flight. Someone mentioned mosquitos - indeed we had some in our room."

"Delightful hotel. Friendly staff, superb location, good breakfast choices, balcony room... This is a lovely period hotel, built around an elegant interior courtyard. There is a small rooftop pool, with a terrace having a splendid view over the harbour. "

"Room was spacious and clean, I would have preferred a double but twin was fine and didn't interfere with my sleep. Bathroom was modern with a Rainfall ceiling mounted shower head. There was a Nespresso machine and fridge for making coffee and storing drinks and snacks. Located near the parliament building and a plethora of eateries and sights."

Coffee machine with pods and milk pods replenished every day. Good breakfast included. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Sites of interest easily walkable. 8 minutes walk to airport bus - no steps."

"What a fantastic small hotel in an amazing old building. The staff were all incredible! Lovely buffet breakfast, and always a bonus when there’s Prosecco included! Fantastic location with loads of great restaurants virtually on the doorstep. I would definitely revisit. We had room 101 which has a great little balcony with comfy chairs overlooking the atrium. "

"We loved our stay at this charming boutique hotel. The service was excellent and they went out of their way to accommodate/help us. Everyone spoke English and there are also at least two Spanish speakers. The location in the middle of town couldn’t have been better - close to great restaurants and sights. There is also a rooftop wine bar w a pool and great views of the city. They also offered us a free glass of wine up there each night. The rooms were very clean and modern. We also enjoyed the daily breakfasts, the beds were comfortable and the WiFi was strong. There were international plugs on both sides of the bed for us to charge our phones. It was also really cool to have access to the Maltese balcony in our room. We highly recommend and are very glad we stayed here. "
