“Room rate was well above average.. felt taken advantage of due to the College World Series in Omaha going on during our stay; we were not there attending the games.”

“Several things were not up to par. Toilet would not put any water in the bowl while filling, after a flush. We had a light that had a non working switch. our choice was to unplug it or unscrew the bulb. Front door was difficult to open. A king size bed with just two small pillows. convenient location for shopping. Yes I would use this location again. Nice people”

“The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms……

“We stayed two weeknights. Everything was fine except for some of the cleaning in the room. There was dust build up on the towel storage rack above the commode and some mystery spots on the tile floor, also around the commode. If it weren't for that, I would have rated it excellent. The HVAC system worked well. The water pressure was good. There were no noisy neighbors. And parking was close by. And the breakfast was very good. While the hotel is downtown in an area that I originally had……

“I love this hotel for my grandkids! All ages can enjoy their pool. Even though it only goes to 3ft it is still fun to play with kids and go down the water slide! Hot tub so warm and relaxing! And FREE BREAKFAST!! Compared to other hotels in Omaha, Ne this is THE BEST PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND KIDS!!”

“The hotel was getting some renovations done but it was all just a mess. There was plaster coming off the walls, rolls of dirty carpet just sitting in the lobby, the computer and printer station was completely out of order. The rooms are very basic, not a lot of pillows or bedding and they have a kind of wet/odor smell. When I went to check in, there was no one at the desk for 10 plus minutes. I had to call several numbers before someone came out. They also would not let me change my card on……
