Great place to stay right in the center of Newport. Very clean, big suites, nice staff. Not a great place to stay if you’re a light sleeper or want a quiet night. Being right downtown people were outside all hours of the night and we could hear it all. Also, a truck or forklift beeping below from 3:30am for at least an hour. What was a great spot turned into not so great due getting about 2 hrs of sleep.
