“The property was great. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms which was a big deal for our party of 12. The hosts were easy to contact and were quick to return messages. We only stayed one night and the refrigerator either failed and stopped working or simply lost power (tripped breaker?), which could have caused us trouble for a longer stay, but the hosts appeared willing to resolve any issues very quickly so I have little doubt it would have been investigated and fixed promptly without much...

“Stayed for 4 nights. Visiting from out of town for our annual baseball trip with 6 of us to watch the Red Sox play STL. Overall, great experience and good communication with host before and during stay. Had a couple of minor issues, but was addressed the next day. House was as advertised, inside appeared remodeled and updated. Very comfortable to stay with 6 adults, but will also be a great family stay with kids. Close to downtown and other suburb communities. There are two grocery stores close...

“We had a memorial time for parents who passed in 2023 and a family reunion following. Our family grew up in St. Louis but all have since moved to other states. Many children had never been to St. Louis so it was a wonderful time to visit many places and be together. Mehlville is an easy place to get to many St. Louis attractions & house perfect for our family.”

“What a perfect location in De Soto. We came for a family gathering for the solar eclipse. We absolutely loved the house and all of its amenities. Felt like we were home away from home. We had thought about bringing our dog, but it worked out for her to stay at home. This house was extremely dog friendly had we brought her. A fun added bonus was the next door winery just a few steps away, no need to drive. We had lovely, unexpected live music and beautiful grounds to walk around. Would definitely...

“We had a wonderful stay! The host was always responsive and the house was beautiful. The kitchen was perfect for dinner and the bedrooms with a good size. It was a great place to relax before and after seeing the sights!”

“Our stay was great. The house was welcoming. We found it to be clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied with adequate dishes, cookware, cleaning supplies and basic food items. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey table and the TV's in every bedroom. We made use of the gas grill and dined on the patio, and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect place to relax in after our busy days of sight-seeing and adventures.”
