Valparaiso Residences

This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and they upgraded us because they had a bigger room available. The view from the pool and hot tub is amazing. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay! Hung out at the pool, enjoyed the view and our host even shared a bit of wine and knowledge about the area. The rooms were perfect, watched the stars at night and an incredible breakfast in the morning. A very wonderful experience!

Great place in a great location. Staff was exceptional!

We really enjoyed our stay in the small, one-story cottage at the rear corner of the property, accessible through the beautifully appointed side courtyard. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived past the regular breakfast time because of flight changes due to weather.

Absolute gem of a property near Casablanca. If you're looking for a quiet small getaway near wine country, this is perfect. Christian was very welcoming and we had a great dinner and breakfast.

Unique, quirky, different, memorable. This is a great hotel that will ensure a memorable stay while in Valparaiso. Each hotel room is an adapted shipping container. All furniture in the hotel is recycled/repurposed from other uses. Great views from the room balconies, the breakfast area and the rooftop bar. The service was excellent and the breakfast offerings varied and great quality.

Super clean and cozy apartment with everything you need (great kitchen, comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi) and the host’s communication was fantastic.

It is in the best part of Valparaíso, the safest area with excellent restaurants near. The staff is helpful and all speak English. Sophia was my favorite, she was kind and helpful. Pablo the manager was like a long lost friend. You choose your own breakfast options. The value here is incredible. I would return in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. We were so happy to settle in after days of "roughing it" in Patagonia. The rooms are large with extremely high ceilings. They feel really light and airy. Location is perfect for exploring the nicest areas of Valparaiso. Very nice/helpful hotel staff. Would definitely return!

Entering this home late at night we were shocked at what a wonderful home we had rented, beautifully furnished and with great kitchen and facilities. The artwork was impressive. The Bedroom Suite was very large with both a comfortable bed and living area. It had a balcony upon which we enjoyed pisco sours while taking in the ocean views.
