We were told the washing machine did not work and the kitchen smelled of gas - even when the tank was turned off. Several small issues and the host was fairly responsive, but we had a great deal of difficulty finding the property when we arrived (as there was minimal information provided) and had to disrupt several neighbours in order to find it. "Warm welcome by the owner in a beautiful village in a wonderful landscape. The flat is situated near the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. In the morning you can have your fresh Baguette from different bakerys by foot. Or you'll have lunch or dinner in one of about 20 Restaurants around the corner. You have all opportunities for hiking, biking, boating and a lot of incredible, historic sites as the "Grotte Chauvet 2", Avignon, Pont du Gard.... Merci à Jacky et Jean-Marc pour leur hospitalité!"

Great hotel, great staff

"Stayed 3 nights. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was good value and had lots of variety. The evening meals were high quality. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (apart from a kettle). We are travelling by train so we found it very convenient for the bus station. Be aware that there is no food Sunday evening, but McDonald's is across the road. Will certainly stay in Ibis again."

Good value for money in a lovely location.

"Friendly welcome from all staff. Room is reasonable size and good size bathroom. Fan available as no air-conditioning. Good parking and picnic tables available outside. It is isolated but there is a lovely restaurant on same sight. Slightly higher prices than average very good food. Hotel provides excellent breakfast with 2 price options available which we thought was a great idea. "
