What went well: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our needs. The room met expectations, and several staff members were friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall, the property itself was pleasant and provided a comfortable place to stay. What could be improved: Our experience with service was somewhat inconsistent. While some front desk staff were welcoming, others seemed less engaged. The biggest challenge was the airport shuttle on checkout day. We had shared our needed departure time in advance, but when we arrived for the shuttle, there was initially no driver available. It took some follow-up before a solution was found, which created unnecessary stress when trying to make a flight. Since the hotel advertises an airport shuttle, more reliability around this service would be appreciated. We also experienced a delay at breakfast and learned after waiting that one ordered item was unavailable, which left little time to reorder before an event. With a bit more communication and responsiveness, the overall guest experience could be much stronger.

Was a pleasant stay . Not my usual hotel but i will return again . Staff was nice , room was clean . Price was reasonable .
