Relax in this bright, family-friendly retreat just steps from Edgemont Village, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and trails. Features 3 spacious bedrooms, open-concept kitchen, new flooring, private Japanese-inspired garden, and in-home laundry.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to shops, dining, and transit.

Free parking and high speed Wi-Fi—perfect for short or extended stays!

This spacious two-storey home offers comfort and functionality across 2 levels. You have private access to the entire property (nothing is shared).

The main floor features:
- a cosy family room (with 50" Roku smart TV and gas fireplace),
- living room,
- fully equipped kitchen,
- dining area,
- half bathroom,
- laundry room (with washer and dryer), and
- an attached two-car garage.

Upstairs, you'll find:
- master bedroom: king bed, 43" Roku smart TV, night lamps with USB/USB-c outlets,
- mater bathroom with shower,
- bedroom 2: king bed,
- bedroom 3: 2 twin-xl beds,
- full bathroom 2 with shower and bath tub,
- a dedicated workspace with 24" monitor with HDMI cable.

The backyard is a serene and secluded Japanese garden, featuring a gentle creek that flows quietly along the rear of the property.

* Please note that the home is not wheelchair accessible, and guests must be comfortable using stairs, as all bedrooms and showers are located on the second floor.
* The presence of stairs may make the home less suitable for young children.
* A small, shallow creek runs along the back of the property. For safety, children should be supervised while in the backyard.
* The property is equipped with a video doorbell and exterior security cameras for added safety and monitoring.

Very Nice Home

We stayed here before departing on a cruise. Property was as described. Very clean and in a great neighborhood. Very convenient to the cruise port and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again!
