Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent. Close to the old town area and about 15 minutes walk from the train station.
We didn't use the pool or spa but it was available.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel. We would stay again.

When choosing between the telegraaf and the Schlossle we vote the Schlossle.
The staff were very unhelpful at the telegraaf and the rooms were very mediocre – carpeting, tired, and old and Ruth were smaller.

New modern high floor to ceiling windows, bright and spacious, comfortable clean beds in a great location with easy 100% electronic only access into building lacking human touch, no presence of anyone. Kitchen is limited with awkward microwave/oven as one appliance very low to the floor lacking some regular kitchen supplies but all very new and clean. Bathrooms are large and spacious, shower is missing a safety handle bar on wet floor.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,467 reviews)
"The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is walking distance to Old Town, the ferries and restaurants. However, it is very spartan and no live attendants. Everything is via cell phone which makes things a little bit difficult without a phone."

8.4/10 Very Good! (1,001 reviews)
"Excellent location, friendly staff and decent breakfast range. Old town is literally a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area that open really late. 2-3 am!! My room was a standard double which was a bit small for my liking but not a deal breaker, next time I’ll ..."
