“Le studio est aménagé de manière moderne et de bon goût. La douche est grande, neuve et moderne. Le balcon était notre endroit préféré pour les repas et pour terminer la soirée. Il serait encore mieux utilisable, s'il y avait un parasol. L'emplacement directement à côté de l'hôtel de ville est parfait: Vielle ville, boulangerie, supermarché, laverie et bar tabac à une encablure. “The location and view is fantastic and the apartment is light and nice. The building is not a historic building in the old town, which you might think from the description. But still it is within walking distance of everything. And free parking is very nearby outside of the ringway. Kitchenware and tableware is a bit limited.”

“Leider war ich mit dem Kundenservice rund um dieses Appartement sehr unzufrieden. Ich habe über einen Zeitraum von mehr als 4 Stunden versucht, jemanden zu erreichen – telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, auf meine E-Mail kam keine Antwort, und auch über den Chat wurde ich nicht bedient. Als schließlich doch noch Kontakt zustande kam, konnte die Person leider kein Englisch sprechen, was eine Verständigung zusätzlich erschwert hat.
Letztlich habe ich mich selbst vor Ort zur Rezeption begeben, wo……
